Aqua Aerobics Classes
Aqua aerobics classes are a great way to stay fit in a fun and safe aquatic environment
The resistance of the water increases the intensity of your exercise moves resulting inprogressive increases in strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. The natural buoyancy of the water will protect the body from injury whilst exercising.
Our Aqua instructors provide quality instruction and education with fun music choices to motivate and encourage you. You will be on your way to achieving your goals before you know it.

The Benefits of Aqua Aerobics
Water aerobics assists in the management of injuries and rehabilitation, allowing you to exercise the body without putting stress on your joints.
Evidence supports the effectiveness of exercising in the water for managing pain and stiffness, particularly back, hip, knee and shoulder pain, helping to address arthritis and other chronic and complex conditions which make it hard to move without pain

Deep Water Running Not available until further notice
A medium to high intensity class, aimed to keep you "running" without touching the floor. If you like to challenge yourself, this is the class for you. Aqua belts are available
This class is designed to be suitable for participants of all age groups and levels. Structured to provide you with a challenge whilst enabling you to work at your own pace. Aqua equipment such as noodles, aqua dumbbells and kickboards will be part of this class to add focus and intensity to the structure of each class
This class is somthing a little different! All participants' feet are off the bottom of the pool, using the aid of a water belt and the use of the noodles, aqua dumbbells etc. Designed to challenge your core stability, Aqua Feet will help you get fit fast.
Fun, energising activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner, a fitness enthusiast or simply looking for a new type of workout, this aquatic adventure is for you.

For those mums to be, this is a slow paced aqua aerobics session, specifically designed for pregnancy. Move of your own level, enjoy the buoyancy of the water and meet other new mums to be.
